OnePlus 12 tipped to feature 3000 nits of peak brightness ahead of it’s official launch
The Chinese smartphone maker OnePlus is said to launch its next flagship smartphone- OnePlus 12 in China in November 2023 and globally in January 2024. This upcoming smartphone has been part of a number of headlines recently and due to various leaks and reports we do have a slight idea of the specifications of this device. Recently the 5K renders of this upcoming device also leaked online giving users a closer look at its design aspects.
Just a few hours ago it was confirmed that the OnePlus 12 will be featuring a custom-made BOE display and now Tipster Digital Chat Station has revealed that the smartphone is said to feature 3000 nits of peak brightness.
OnePlus 12: Specs (expected)
The smartphone is said to sport a BOE display that also offers 2k screen resolution, 2160Hz PWM dimming, and 120Hz refresh rate. Previous reports suggest that the device will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor that is said to be paired with up to 24GB RAM and 1TB internal storage. It is expected to be backed by a 5400mAh battery that supports 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
The OP12 is expected to run on OxygenOS 14-based Android 14. For selfies, it may feature a 32-megapixel front-facing camera. Its rear-facing round camera module is said to feature a Sony IMX966 50-megapixel primary camera with OIS support, an IMX581 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and an OmniVision OV64B 64-megapixel periscope telephoto camera.
