OnePlus 13 Confirmed To Feature Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, 24GB LPDDR5X RAM And ITB UFS 4.0 Storage
The smartphone brand OnePlus recently announced that its much-anticipated flagship device- OnePlus 13 will launch in China on 31st October. The reservations for the device are already open in China while the brand has also officially revealed the design of this upcoming device.
OnePlus 13 was earlier expected to be powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC and now today after the official launch of this chipset, OnePlus has finally confirmed the previous rumors. OnePlus 13 will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC. OnePlus 13 Performance Interpretation special event will be held tomorrow in China at 10:00.
This chipset is said to offer 22% improved overall machine fluency,50% improved first-time loading speed of third-party app albums, 26% average app installation speed increase, 18% improved operational response speed, and 40% improved control stability.
Other than this chipset, the OnePlus 13 will run on the latest ColorOS 15 based on Android 15. It will offer up to 24GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage.
Previously the color options of the OnePlus 13 were also revealed– Black (called Obsidian Secret Realm) which features ebony wood grain glass, White dew morning light which features silk glass craftsmanship, and Blues Hour which features skin-friendly velvet leather. Some of the expected specs include- BOE X2 8T LTPO AMOLED quad-curved 2K display, 50MP triple rear camera unit, 6000 mAh battery, 100W wired fast charging, and 50W magnetic wireless fast charging.
