OnePlus Ace 2 Pro confirmed to be backed by 5,000 mAh battery that supports 150 W super flash charging

OnePlus’ upcoming phone, the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro, is confirmed to be backed by a 5,000 mAh massive battery that supports 150 W super flash charging. The OnePlus Weibo page officially confirmed these specs in a post. The page also mentioned that this is the result of “an exclusive self-developed direct charging solution which increases the charging efficiency to the industry’s highest 99%”.

The phone will take just 17 minutes to get charged from 1% to 100% which is quite impressive. The battery is durable for 4 years and provides a better charging experience while playing post-confirmed. This is not the first feature of the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro that the company has confirmed till now. The OnePlus earlier confirmed about the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC and 24 GB of RAM that this phone will pack. The company has also revealed the launch date and its image that gives a glimpse of this upcoming phone. Other specs still remain under wraps.

Expected specs of OnePlus Ace 2 Pro

If we talk about the other expected specs of this smartphone, the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro can come with a 6.7 inch 1.5 K OLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. It is tipped to feature the OnePlus iconic alert slider. As far as its camera is concerned, its image revealed that it will sport a triple camera setup that can feature a Sony IMX890 sensor, an 8-megapixel secondary sensor, and a 2-megapixel shooter. The front side of the smartphone can come with a 16 MP shooter. This smartphone will be launched on 16 August in China.
