The much-awaited OnePlus Ace 5 series will debut in the Chinese market on 26 December, and the brand has already started teasing the key details of this upcoming series. OnePlus Ace 5 is confirmed to arrive in three color options: speed black, gravitational titanium, and celestial porcelain, while the OnePlus Ace 5 Pro will arrive in submarine black, starry sky purple, and white moon porcelain.
The Pro model is already confirmed to be powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC and comes with a running AnTuTu score of 3218978 points. Today the brand has teased some more details of this upcoming series.
OnePlus Ace 5 Series: Some More Specs Teased
OnePlus Ace 5 series is confirmed to run on ColorOS 15. With the support of ColorOS, users will get a new gaming assistant, a new visual style, a new message box to collect all notification information, lighting start, event immersion mode, and barrage notification.
The series will be 8.1mm thin and weigh 203g. It is said to be 9 lighter and 0.7mm thinner. The series will arrive with a slightly edged metal frame and will have a comfortable and steady grip.
Other than this the brand has also revealed a few features of the OnePlus Ace 5 Pro smartphone as well.
OnePlus has recently conducted its gaming conference at which the brand unveiled its latest Fengchi Game Core chip-level gaming technology. OnePlus Ace 5 Pro is confirmed to be equipped with Fengchi Game Core and with this gaming-level technology the device will also arrive with industry-exclusive PU rendering native 120 frames and can also run at full power with 1080P. This will provide users 0 delay, best picture effect, 3nm flagship chip energy efficiency, and low power consumption.
The gaming experience on the OnePlus Ace 5 Pro is also enhanced. The brand has revealed the temperature comparison with other chip manufacturers.
While playing a heavy load game at full frame for 3 hours, the temperature is 2.8 degrees Celsius lower than that of its competitors. Meanwhile playing a 120-frame game for 3 hours, the temperature does not exceed 36.1 degrees Celsius which is lower than the human body.
OnePlus Ace 5 Pro has also passed rigorous testing and joint debugging and became the official competition phone of the 2025 PEL Peace Elite Professional League.
