OnePlus Open tipped to be available in limited quantities in India ahead of it’s official launch

Foldable smartphones are the growing trend in the mobile industry these days and many OEMs have already introduced their foldable devices in the market. The Chinese smartphone brand OnePlus will also be arriving very soon with its first-ever foldable device-OnePlus Open as recently confirmed by the brand. It is tipped that October 19 is the day when OnePlus will be officially introducing the OnePlus Open.

Well, where most of the OnePlus fans are waiting eagerly for this upcoming foldable device, ahead of it’s official launch tipster @yabhishekhd has exclusively revealed that the OnePlus Open will be available for sale in limited quantities in the Indian market.

This latest revelation might be a little upsetting for the Indian OnePlus fans out there but the brand might change this decision based on the popularity of the OnePlus Open in the Indian market. OnePlus Open has been a part of many reports and rumors for a month now and we have been updating with all the information till now.

OnePlus Open: Specifications (expected)

Based on the previous reports it is believed that OnePlus Open will arrive in two color variants-Voyage Black and Emerald Eclipse. If we talk about the specifications, the device is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and might offer a RAM of upto 16GB along with an internal storage of upto 256GB. The device is also likely to feature a 7.8″ inner foldable display and a 6.3″ cover display. At its rear, the OnePlus foldable is probably also going to sport a triple camera setup with two 48MP cameras and a 64MP telephoto camera. About the battery backup, the upcoming device may pack a 4,800 mAh battery which supports a 67W fast charge feature.
