Oppo A80 5G With MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC And 50MP Main Camera Launched In Netherlands

Oppo A80 5G has recently become a part of the rumor mill as it was spotted on various certification websites. This device also created a lot of buzz as it was spotted with a model number that was associated with Oppo A3 Pro 5G which suggested that the upcoming device will be the rebranded version of Oppo A3 Pro 5G.

The smartphone brand Oppo has today officially unveiled the Oppo A80 5G smartphone in the Netherlands.  This smartphone is the rebranded version of the Oppo A3 Pro 5G and a tweaked version of the Oppo K12x.

Oppo A80 5G: Specifications

The smartphone features a 6.67-inch IPS LCD display that offers HD+ screen resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 1000 nits peak brightness. It is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC that is paired with LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 storage. It runs on ColorOS 14 based on Android 14. The device is backed by a 5,100mAh battery that supports 45W charging.

It packs up a dual rear camera setup that includes a 50MP main camera and a 2MP secondary camera.  It sports an 8MP front camera. Other features include- a side fingerprint sensor, WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, USB Type-C, a 3.5mm jack, splash touch on the screen, and an IP54 rating. The device measures 165.79×76.14×7.68mm and weighs 186g.

The smartphone comes in Starry Black and Purple color options. The 8GB/256GB variant is priced at EUR 299.
