Oppo Reno 11 series smartphones tipped to be the first to come with ColorOS 14
Oppo will launch its much-awaited smartphone series, Oppo Reno 11 series soon in the market. Just recently it announced that it will announce the launch date tomorrow(November 15). Ahead of its official launch, a new update has come from a reliable tipster named DCS. The tipster wrote on Weibo that Reno 11 and Reno 11 Pro can be the first smartphones to come with ColorOS 14 out of the box.
The tipster further mentioned that these phones will come with lossless compression technology. Furthermore, the smartphones are tipped to be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8200 and Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipsets.
Its offline teasers were recently spotted in China.
Expected specs of Oppo Reno 11 series
The Oppo Reno 11 Pro model can come with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. Both of the devices of the series are tipped to feature curved edge display screens with a punch hole cutout at the center. Moreover, the display of the Reno 11 Pro device is also expected to support 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 2160Hz PWM dimming.
Both of the smartphones can come with a triple camera setup on the rear. The vanilla Reno 11 smartphone is expected to feature a LYT600 main camera, an IMX355 ultrawide camera, and an IMX709 2x telephoto camera. The Reno 11 Pro device on the other hand may likely be featuring an IMX890 main camera, the IMX355 ultrawide camera, and also the IMX709 2X telephoto camera.
The Oppo Reno 11 can be backed by a 4,800 mAh battery supporting 67W fast charging and the Reno 11 Pro can be backed by a 4,700 mAh battery that supports 80W wired charging.
