OPPO’s Find X8 and AIRVOOC 50W Magnetic Charger SIRIM Certified; AIRVOOC 50W Magnetic Charger Also Receives FCC Certification with OnePlus Branding
Late last month, OPPO’s upcoming Find X8 model was spotted on the Indian BIS and Indonesian SDPPI certification platforms, and following this, the flagship has made it to the SIRIM certification database of Malaysia. Also to add with this, the AIRVOOC 50W magnetic charger of OPPO has also been certified by the SIRIM authority, as well as by USA’s FCC authority.

OPPO Find X8 and AIRVOOC 50W Magnetic Charger – SIRIM Certification
Firstly about the upcoming smartphone, the OPPO Find X8 device has appeared on the SIRIM database with the same model of ‘CPH2651’ with which it had made it to the BIS and SDPPI platforms. It has received the SIRIM certification with the type approval code of ‘RGQL/64H/0924/S(24-4195)’, and the certificate will be valid till the 30th of September 2027.
Apart from the BIS, SDPPI, and SIRIM certifications, the Find X8 was spotted on other global certification databases such as NBTC, EEC, SGS Fimko, and IMDA websites too. It has received Chinese 3C and MIIT certifications as well. The device is expected to be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400 processor, may feature a 6.5″ 1.5K+ display screen, and is likely to have an 80W fast charge support.
Coming to the AIRVOOC 50W magnetic charger, it bears the model number – ‘OAWV08’ and has received SIRIM certification with type approval code – ‘RGIH/57C/0924/S(24-3964)’. The certification validity will be till the 5th of September 2027.
OPPO/OnePlus AIRVOOC 50W Magnetic Charger – FCC Certification
On the FCC platform, the AIRVOOC 50W magnetic charger has again appeared with the same model number of ‘OAWV08’ and received the certification with FCC ID – ‘2ABZ2-OAWV08’. Interesting to note, the device will also be arriving with OnePlus branding as per the FCC certification.
Other OPPO Related Updates
The OPPO product manager, Zhou Yibao, recently shared via his Weibo handle some updates on the magnetic wireless charging accessories that the company plans to unveil with the Find X8 lineup. This will include 50W magnetic chargers, ultra-thin magnetic cases, and portable magnetic power banks that are said to be compatible with devices of other brands too. He also mentioned that the Find X8 series models will feature 50W wireless charging capability, as well as reverse charging support.
