Xiaomi is going to launch its next budget smartphone, the POCO C51 in India on the 7th of April 2023. It will be available via Flipkart shopping website.

It has now been confirmed that the Chinese smartphone and electronics manufacturer, Xiaomi will launch the POCO C51 smartphone in India on the 7th of April 2023 through the Flipkart shopping platform. The upcoming smartphone will be a budget smartphone and is likely to be priced at Rs. 7,999.

Speaking about its specifications, the smartphone will be powered by the MediaTek Helio G36 chipset which will have a primary clock 2.2 GHz and made using the 12nm process technology. It will run on the Android 13(Go Edition) based operating system and will have the IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU equipped in it.
The device will also have a LPDDR4X RAM of 4GB with 3GB extended RAM along with an eMMC 5.1 internal storage of 32GB, which can be expanded to upto 1TB using a microSD card.
The upcoming smartphone will also feature an IPS LCD display with a screen size of 6.52 inch and will have a HD+ screen resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels.
Regarding its cameras, the smartphone on its rear will have an 8MP Dual AI camera and for selfies will have a 5MP front facing camera.
The device will also come equipped with a 5000 mAh battery which will support a 10W fast charge feature.
The POCO C51 smartphone will also have a rear mounted finger print sensor. Other features includes dual 4G VoLTE support, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth of version 5.0, GPS + GLONASS location positioning, micro USB port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
The device will be available in Black and Blue colours and as mentioned previously will likely be price at Rs. 7,999.
