POCO C61 enters the Indian market with Radiant Ring Design and premium glass back
So finally the entry segment smartphone POCO C61 has been launched in the Indian market. Poco has a lot of competition from other brands in this price segment. Moto G24 Power was also launched recently in the Indian market, which I think will be its competitor.
Poco C61 Specs
It comes with a 6.71″ HD+ 90Hz Display with Gorilla Glass 3 Protection and a display brightness of 500 nits. Poco is offering a slightly bigger display than the Motorola G24 power. Under the hood, it is powered by a Helio G36 processor with IMG PowerVR and will boot from Android 14 based HyperOS.
Moving forward towards the camera, it offers an 8MP dual AI rear camera with rear flash. For front shooter, it comes with a 5MP camera. The camera module has a Radiant Ring Design and comes with a glass back.
It offers a 5,000 mAh battery with 10W charging support. Poco has launched this smartphone in two RAM options: 4GB and 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM. Other features include a side fingerprint sensor, Accelerometer, Electronic Compass, and MIUI dialer.
And just like it was said, it will be a repackaged version of Redmi A3. The specs above released officially confirm the same.
Pricing and Availability
Poco has priced this smartphone at Rs 7,499 for the 4GB+64GB and Rs 8,499 for the 6GB+128GB. As usual, there is additional virtual RAM(6GB Turbo RAM) that is being offered with this smartphone and you can expand the storage up to 1TB with an SD card. It comes in Mystical Green, Ethereal Blue, and Diamond Dust Black. The sales of this smartphone will begin on 28th March in India via Flipkart.
