POCO C71 Airtel Exclusive Edition officially unveiled in India; Sale starts from 10th April via Flipkart

A few days back, the smartphone brand POCO introduced its POCO C71 smartphone in the Indian market, and yesterday, the official sale for the device started in the country.

Last year, POCO officially announced its partnership with Airtel to launch affordable 5G devices. Since then, various POCO Airtel exclusive edition devices have been introduced: the POCO M6 5G locked with Airtel prepaid connection, the POCO C51 Airtel special variant, the POCO C61 Airtel special variant, and the POCO M7 5G Airtel exclusive edition. And now the brand has introduced the POCO C71 Airtel exclusive edition in India.

The device will be unlocked with the Airtel prepaid network with a Truly Unlimited recharge of INR 249. You need to use an Airtel prepaid SIM on the device for the first 18 months.

Consumers who purchase this device will get an extra 7% (up to Rs 750) off + 50GB data with Airtel exclusive. The POCO C71 Airtel exclusive edition is priced at Rs 5,999 (4/64GB) and comes in Power black, Cool blue, and Desert old color options. It will be available via Flipkart.

Other than Airtel exclusivity and single storage option, this special edition device features specs similar to those of the standard variant.

POCO C71: Specifications

POCO C71 smartphone offers a Premium Split Grid Design and a flashy camera module at its rear and as mentioned, it features the segment’s largest 6.88″ display supporting 120Hz refresh rate and 600 nits peak brightness  A 5200 mAh battery is also packed within the device, and it is capable of up to 15W wired fast charging.

The device is powered by Unisoc T7250 SoC. It packs up a 32MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. A clean Android 15 experience is also claimed on the device, along with 2 years of Android OS and 4 years of security updates. Other features include- USB Type-C port, Bluetooth 5.2, WiFi 5, IP52 rating, and dual SIM.
