POCO C71 officially confirmed to launch in India on 4th April; Will be available via Flipkart

A few days back, it was tipped that POCO will soon launch the POCO C71 smartphone in India, while this device also made its appearance on various certification websites- IMDA, EEC, FCC, BIS, SIRIM, and NBTC.

POCO India has today officially announced that POCO C71 will launch in the country on 4th April at 12 PM.

The microsite for this smartphone has been made live on Flipkart, which reveals key details about this upcoming device.

POCO C71: Key details revealed

The device is revealed to launch in the less than Rs 7K segment. It is revealed to feature a 6.88-inch eye-friendly display that offers a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is TUV Rheinland triple certified- TUV Low Blue Light, TUV Flicker-free, and TUV Circadian. It supports wet hand touch. It comes with a Split grid design with flashy camera deco and arrives in three color options- Power black, Cool blue, and Desert Gold.

It arrives with an IP52 rating, fingerprint strike is tested up to 50,000 times, roller tested up to 300 cycles, headphone jack tested up to 20,000 times, and charging port tested up to 20,000 times. The device is equipped with a 5200 mAh battery that is said to offer 7 days of standby, 46 hours of voice calling, 16 hours of video streaming, 20 hours of social media, and 16 hours of online shopping. It is accompanied by a 15W in box charger.

It features a 32MP dual camera and an 8MP selfie camera. The smartphone supports night photography and there are 7 film filters. It offers up to 12GB RAM and 6GB Turbo RAM, while it also comes with 2TB Expandable storage. The device is revealed to be powered by octa core processor, but the processor name is not revealed. It comes with 300K+ AnTuTu score. It runs on Android 15 OS while the smartphone will receive 2 years of Android updates and 4 years of security patches. Other features include- side fingerprint sensor, 3.5mm headphone jack, dual WiFi band, and supports running 9+ apps simultaneously.
