POCO C71 tipped to launch soon in India: Design revealed online

POCO has recently unveiled its all-new POCO F7 Pro and POCO F7 Ultra devices in the global markets, and now the brand is expected to soon launch a new smartphone in the Indian market as well. Lately, the rumor mill has been buzzing with updates related to the POCO C71 smartphone.
The device was spotted on various certification websites previously- IMDA, EEC, FCC, BIS, SIRIM, and NBTC. Today, tipster @saaaanjjjuuu revealed on the X platform that POCO C71 will launch soon in India. As per the tipster, the device may launch on 4th April.
The image shared by the tipster reveals the rear design of the smartphone. It features a dual tone finish, while there is a slightly raised pill-shaped camera module that houses two camera sensors, and next to the module is the LED flash. The device is revealed in an old color option, while there may be some more variants as well.
POCO C71 is expected to be the rebranded version of the Redmi A5 smartphone that made its debut in Indonesia recently. Since the device is said to be a rebranded version, we may see similarities in the specs of both devices.

The device sports a 6.88-inch display that offers up to 120Hz refresh rate and up to 240Hz touch sampling rate for a smooth user experience. It is powered by an Unisoc T7250 octa-core processor paired with 4 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. There is also 4 GB virtual RAM. It packs up 32MP AI rear camera while on the front it houses an 8MP selfie camera. The smartphone is backed by a 5200 mAh battery and supports 15W fast charging. Security features include a fingerprint scanner and face unlock to protect the device from unauthorized access.
