POCO India country head Himanshu Tandon recently confirmed that the phone that they have been teasing as the new POCO phone is none other than POCO M6 Pro 5G. He also gave a glimpse of the model in a post shared on Twitter. Now that we have got a glimpse and the name of this upcoming phone let’s get to know about the expected specs that it can bring along with itself.

Expected Features
This smartphone is said to be the rebranded version of the Redmi Note 12R that is available in China. So based upon that this smartphone can come with a 6.79-inch FHD+ LCD display that sports up to 90 Hz refresh rate and up to 550 nits of peak brightness. It can be powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor paired with Adreno 613 GPU.
It will run Android 13 and can pack a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. As far as camera specs are concerned it might feature a 50 MP primary camera with a 2 MP camera on the rear side. The front side of the smartphone can come with an 8 MP selfie camera. Additionally, it can also come with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and IR blaster.
Price and availability
The price of the smartphone has not yet been revealed but as far as its launch is concerned it will launch on 5th August, 2023 at 12 PM on Flipkart.
