POCO India head, Himanshu Tandon recently shared that the company will be soon launching a POCO “M6” series smartphone in India as the brand has already launched many smartphones under the M5 series. After this announcement, it was assumed that either the company will be introducing POCO M6 or POCO M6 Pro in India. The confusion on which device will be arriving cleared when POCO M6 Pro 5G was spotted on the BIS India certification website confirming that the device will be soon making its debut in the Indian markets.
After many speculations and reports, POCO India CEO Himanshu Tandon has officially shared a teaser image of POCO M6 Pro 5G with the caption “Are you ready to jump into the 5G Speed verse?” and the hashtag “Coming soon.”

Though the launch date is not revealed in the teaser image we might get to know the launch date in the coming days. Previously it was said that POCO M6 Pro 5G will be sold in India as the rebranded version of Redmi Note 12R which has been recently launched in China. This means that the upcoming device will be similar in terms of specifications to the already-launched Redmi Note 12R.
