POCO X7 Series Made Its Official Debut In India And Global Markets; Check Out The Specs And Availability Details

The smartphone brand POCO yesterday officially unveiled its all-new POCO X7 series in the Indian and global markets. The series includes two models: the POCO X7 5G and the POCO X7 Pro 5G. The brand has also launched a POCO X7 Pro 5G Iron Man Edition in the global markets.

POCO X7 Series 5G: Specifications

Both the smartphones in the series feature 6.67 inch 1.5K CrystalRes Flow AMOLED displays that offer 120 Hz refresh rates and HDR10+ support. They pack up a 50MP main camera and an 8MP ultra wide camera on the rear side while on the front they feature a 20MP selfie camera. They run on Xiaomi HyperOS 2. Indian variants of both models come with IP66/IP68/IP69 ratings while global variants come with IP68 ratings. They include an in-display fingerprint sensor, WiFi 6, dual stereo speakers, a USB Type-C port, and a wet touch display 2.0 feature. The devices will receive 3 years of Android updates and 4 years of security patches.

POCO X7 5G display is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2 while Gorilla Glass 7i protects the Pro model display and offers up to 3200 nits peak brightness. POCO X7 is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC and POCO X7 Pro is backed by Dimensity 8400 SoC. The Pro model also includes a 2MP macro camera sensor in the rear camera setup. POCO X7 is backed by a 5110 mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging and POCO X7 Pro is backed by a 6550 mAh battery that supports 90W fast charging. The standard model offers LPDDR4x RAM while the Pro model offers LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.

POCO X7’s other features include- the POCO Imaging engine, Google Gemini, dual stabilization video, AI Magic Eraser Pro, AI Sky Replacement, AI night mode, and a 3D Curved display. POCO X7 Pro’s other features include- wild boost optimization 3.0, Liquid cool technology 4.0, AI features like AI Notes, AI Recorder, AI Subtitles, AI Interpreter, AI on the gallery, and AI Film.

POCO X7 Series 5G: Availability

POCO X7 is available in Yellow, Glacier green, and Cosmic Silver colors while the Pro model is available in Yellow, Nebula green, and Obsidian black colors.

Features

This smartphone arrives as a limited edition model of POCO X7 Pro. The device features specifications similar to the Pro model but arrives with a customized design and accessories.

The phone includes Iron Man elements- an Arc reactor from Iron Man that has red, black and old elements while it also features a red coloured power button. The device is accompanied by a phone case that has a Tony Stark signature. On the inside users will find customized UI while the packaging box includes red charging cables and a unique SIM ejector tool.

The device comes in a single storage option- 12/512 GB that is priced at $399 but it also has an early bird price of $369.
