Purported Honor Magic Flip leaked image appear, design, launch timeframe tipped
Honor is reportedly working on the Magic Flip, which will be the company’s first flip-style foldable phone. In December, a Chinese leaker claimed that it would be unveiled after the ongoing Spring Festival in China. This indicates that the device may launch soon in the Chinese market. Now, the same tipster has shared a leaked image, which gives a glimpse of the phone’s rear design.
The image shared by the leaker obscures the design of the purported Honor Magic Flip. Nevertheless, it does show that the device has dual circular rings on the back, with the top one likely housing the cameras. The other module may contain an external display. The overall design of the phone is not too different from Huawei’s clamshells that have launched in recent years.
The rumor mill is yet to reveal concrete details about the device. However, a recent leak revealed that it may come equipped with a 4,500mAh battery. Hopefully, more details about the phone are expected to surface in the coming days.
Rumours are rife that Honor may launch the Honor Magic 6 Pro+ and Magic 6 RSR Porsche Design models in March in China. It is likely that it may unveil the Magic 6 Flip along with the Magic 6 models. There is a possibility that the Magic 6 Flip may launch on Feb. 22 or 25 in the country. At present, there is no information about the global launch of the device.
