Realme GT 5 Pro’s display supports up to 3,000 nits of brightness
Realme is gradually confirming the key features of its upcoming flagship phone, the Realme GT 5 Pro. After recently confirming the device’s impressive heat dissipation capabilities, the brand has now released the following poster to disclose the peak brightness level that its display can achieve.
Realme has officially confirmed that the GT 5 Pro’s screen offers an impressive peak brightness of 3,000 nits. Additionally, tipster Digital Chat Station, via Weibo, has shared further details about the device’s display. It will have a BOE-supplied display equipped with curved edges and slim bezels. The screen will provide a high-resolution experience at 1.5K, complemented by a 144Hz refresh rate. According to information from the TENAA listing, the display size is set at 6.78 inches.
It appears that the Realme GT 5 Pro will feature the same screen that will be available on the upcoming OnePlus Ace 3. While the BOE display that will be available on the Ace phone is advertised as the “Oriental Screen”, DCS claims that the GT 5 Pro’s display will be marketed as the “Sunrise Screen.”
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset is present under the hood of the Realme GT 5 Pro. The device is expected to ship with up to 24 GB of LPDDR5x RAM, up to 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage, and a 5,400mAh battery that supports 100W wired charging. It is also expected to support 50W wireless charging. For effective heat dissipation, it will feature a large vapour chamber cooling unit with a 10,000mm² surface area.
On the front, the device will have a 32-megapixel selfie camera. Its rear camera setup is expected to feature an OIS-enabled Sony LYT-T808 main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel IMX890 periscope zoom camera. The device is expected to run on Realme UI 5-flavoured Android 14.
