In February, Realme unveiled the Realme GT Neo 5 in China. The affordable flagship phone was made available in 150W and 240W charging variants. The former comes in three configurations, such as 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, and 16 GB RAM + 256 GB storage. The company has now confirmed that it will make it available in a new configuration.
Realme has confirmed that the new variant of the Realme GT Neo 5 150W will offer 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB of built-in storage. Its price is yet to be confirmed.
The existing three variants of the Realme GT Neo 5 150W are priced at CNY 2,499 ($360), CNY 2,699 ($390), and CNY 2,899 ($420), respectively. It is likely that the new variant could be priced at CNY 3,099 ($450).
The Realme GT Neo 5 240W is available in two options, such as 16 GB RAM + 256 GB storage for CNY 3,199 ($465) and 16 GB RAM + 1 TB storage for CNY 3,499 ($510). The GT Neo 5 has already debuted in the global market with the Realme GT 3 240W moniker.
The GT Neo 5 offers a 6.74-inch OLED 1.5K 144Hz display, an SD8+G1 chip, LPDDR5x RAM, UFS 4.0 storage, a 16-megapixel front camera, and 50-megapixel triple rear cameras. The 150W variant has a 5,000mAh battery with 150W charging support, whereas the 240W model has a 4,600mAh battery with 240W charging support.
