Realme GT Neo 6 SE confirmed to feature Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chip

Several reports have claimed that Realme is working on the Realme GT Neo 6 series of smartphones for China. The lineup is said to include two models, such as the GT Neo 6 and the GT Neo 6 SE. Today, the brand officially confirmed the existence of the SE model by releasing the following poster. As can be seen, the image also reveals the chipset that powers the said device.

As per the poster, the Realme GT Neo 6 SE will come equipped with the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3. It is the same chip that will be first seen on the OnePlus Ace 3V, which is expected to debut next week. While there is no word on the launch date, the GT Neo 6 SE may go official before the end of this month.

The Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chip will succeed the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 chip, which powered the GT Neo 5 SE smartphone last year. The GT Neo 5 SE remained exclusive to the Chinese market. Hence, it remains to be seen whether the successor edition will be released in global markets. As far as the new chip is concerned, it is slated for an official announcement on March 18.

In terms of specifications, the Realme GT Neo 6 SE reports have revealed that it will have an OLED screen that offers 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It is likely to pack a 5,500mAh battery with 100W fast charging. The rest of its specifications are yet to be revealed.
