Realme GT Neo 6 series full specifications leaked via TENAA listings

Earlier today, two Realme phones with model numbers RMX3820 and RMX3820 emerged in the TENAA database. However, the TENAA listings only revealed the images of both smartphones, which revealed that they could be the two variants of the forthcoming Realme GT Neo 6. Now, the TENAA listings for both smartphones have been updated with their entire specifications. Continue reading ahead to learn what to expect from both smartphones.

Realme GT Neo 6 series specifications

The RMX3820 and RMX3823 measure 163.13 x 75.38 x 8.86mm and weigh 205 grams. Both phones have an AMOLED display that offers a 1.5K resolution of 2772 x 1240 pixels, 10-bit colors, and an under-display fingerprint. In all likelihood, the screen will support up to a 144Hz refresh rate.

Both phones are powered by a 3.2GHz octa-core processor and 8 GB / 12 GB / 16 GB of what seems to be LPDDR5x RAM. Both models will come with 128 GB / 256 GB / 512 GB / 1 TB of what looks like UFS 4.0 storage.

When it comes to photography, the RMX3820 and RMX3823 feature a 16-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple camera unit. Speculations are rife that it features an OIS-enabled Sony IMX890 primary camera.

The RMX3823 has a smaller dual-cell battery, which could have around 4,600mAh capacity. The TENAA listing only mentions the capacity of one of its cells as 2,225. In the same way, the size of one of the cells of the RMX3820 is 2,540mAh, which suggests that it may offer a combined capacity of 5,200mAh.

The battery details also suggest that the RMX3823 could be the Realme GT Neo 6 variant that may come with support for 240W fast charging. It could be called the Realme GT Neo 6 240 or the GT Neo 6 Pro. This model may come equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.

The RMX3820 variant could be the vanilla Realme GT Neo 6, which may support 100W charging. This variant may feature the Dimensity 9200 Plus chipset.
