Realme Introduces its Neo 7 SE, Neo 7x 5G, and Buds Air 7 Devices in the Chinese Market

Realme, the Chinese consumer electronics maker, has introduced two of its Neo 7 series smartphone models – Realme Neo 7 SE and Realme Neo 7x 5G in its home market. Along with the two smartphones, the Realme Buds Air 7 TWS earbuds device has also been introduced in the country.

Realme Neo 7 SE
The Realme Neo 7 SE model is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 8400 Max chipset, and it is coupled with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. Four storage options are available for the device – 8GB/256GB, 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, and 16GB/512GB. An added 12GB virtual RAM support is also part of the device. It runs on the Android 15 based Realme UI 6 custom skin.
For its display, it has a 6.78″ OLED 8T LTPO flat display with 2780 x 1264 pixel resolution (1.5K), 120Hz refresh rate, 6000 nits max brightness, and 1600 nits global brightness.
At the rear, the device sports a 50MP (Sony IMX882, OIS) + 8MP (ultrawide) dual camera system. A 16MP front-facing camera is also offered on the device for selfies.
Regarding the battery specs, it equips a 7000 mAh large battery backup, and supports an 80W wired fast charging feature.
Other key specs include WiFi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, dual-frequency GPS, NFC, IR blaster, USB-C, in-display fingerprint scanner, dual stereo speakers, 7,700 mm² VC heat dissipation area, X-axis linear motor, IP68/69-rated body, 162.53 x 76.27 x 8.56 mm dimension, and 212 gm weight.
Realme’s Neo 7 SE carries price tags of CNY 1799 (for 8GB/256GB), CNY 1899 (for 12GB/256GB), CNY 2199 (for 12GB/512GB), and CNY 2499 (for 16GB/512GB). Three color choices are offered – Mecha Blue, White, and Black.
Realme Neo 7x 5G
Realme’s Neo 7x 5G smartphone is the world’s first Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 smartphone, and it runs on the Android 15 based Realme UI 6 custom skin. It supports LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage, and comes in 8GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB storage options. Again, an added 12GB RAM support is also offered on the Neo 7x 5G model too.
It features a 6.67″ AMOLED flat display screen, supporting 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution (FHD+), 120Hz refresh rate, 2,000 nits max brightness, and 1200 nits global brightness.
On the camera side, it has a 50MP (OmniVision OV50D40) main camera at its rear, along with a selfie camera of 16MP.
The device packs a 6000 mAh battery and comes with a 45W wired fast charging feature.
A few of its other key specs include WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, USB-C, in-display fingerprint reader, dual stereo speakers, 6050 mm² VC heat dissipation unit, X-axis linear motor, IP68/69-rated body, 163.15 x 75.65 x 7.97 mm dimension, and 194 gm weight.
About its pricing details, the 8GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB storage models are respectively priced at CNY 1299 and CNY 2199. Two color variants are also available – Mecha Silver and Titanium Storm Grey.
Realme Buds Air 7
The Realme Buds Air 7 device features key specs such as 12.4 mm dynamic drivers, 52dB active noise cancellation, AI deep call noise reduction, 3D spatial audio, dynamic bass boost, and 45ms ultra-low latency. It supports dual device connection 2.0, and has a Bluetooth connectivity of version 5.4.
The device is also Hi-Res Audio certified, and has LHDC 5.0 codec support. It is also pointed out to have a premium build design, with IP55 water and dust resistance, and provides touch controls on it. A total battery life of up to 52 hours is also claimed for the device.
Coming to its price, it costs CNY 299. Customers will also be able to get it in Orchid Purple, Dawn Gold, and Verdant Green colors.
