Red Magic 9 Pro spotted on AnTuTu benchmark listing with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset
Nubia has recently confirmed that it will be launching its flagship series- Red Magic 9 series in China on November 23. It is said that the series will be including two models- Red Magic 9 and Red Magic 9 Pro but so far the company has only been teasing the features and specs of Red Magic 9 Pro therefore it is yet not confirmed whether Red Magic 9 will be making it’s debut on the same day or not.
Ahead of the official launch of Red Magic 9 Pro, the device has been spotted on the AnTuTu benchmark listing with model number NX769J.
The device was spotted with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC that received a total score of 2290773 points for its performance, with 516397 points for CPU, 904492 points for GPU, 457734 points for MEM, and 412150 points for UX. The listing also reveals that the upcoming smartphone will run on Android 14 OS while the chipset will be paired with 24GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. It will be equipped with an Adreno 750 GPU. The smartphone was also revealed to feature a display that offers a 120Hz refresh rate.
Red Magic 9 Pro: Specifications
Other than the above details, the smartphone is confirmed to be backed by a 6500 mAh battery that is expected to support 80W fast charging. The gaming phone will also offer connectivity features, such as NFC, an IR blaster, and a 3.5mm audio jack. For heat dissipation, it will have an active cooling fan. The device will feature a triple rear camera setup that includes a pair of 50MP camera sensors and an auxiliary snapper.
Recently the device was also confirmed to arrive with three color variants– Dark Night Knight, Deuterium Transparent Dark Night, and Deuterium Transparent Silver Wings.
