Redmi 12 Moonstone Sliver edition officially revealed before India launch
Earlier this week, Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi confirmed that it will unveil the Redmi 12 mid-range phone on Aug. 1 in India. The landing page of the phone, which is available on Xiaomi India’s website and Amazon, will reveal the key features of the phone before its official announcement. Today, the brand updated the landing page to confirm the name of one of the colour variants and the entire design of the phone.
The above image, which is now showing on the landing page of the Redmi 12, showcases the front and rear designs of its Moonlight Silver colour variant. The device can be seen sporting a punch-hole display on the front, a triple camera unit with LED flash on the back, and a side-facing fingerprint scanner.
The company claims that the Redmi 12 has a crystal glass design, which suggests that it could be equipped with a glass panel on the back. At present, there is no information on the colour variants of the Redmi 12. The company is yet to reveal its key specifications, but it appears that it could be the same device that debuted last month in some other markets.
