Redmi 13 5G launched in India with Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 AE (Accelerated Edition) at Rs 13,999, sales to start from 12th July
Redmi has launched the Redmi 13 5G, the latest in its number series of smartphones, in the Indian market today, 10th July. However, you will have to wait until 12th July to get your hands on this smartphone.
Now lets talk about the specs it carries
It features a large 6.79″ FHD+ display offering a 120Hz AdaptiveSync refresh rate, 450 nits of brightness, and Corning Gorilla Glass protection. Under the hood, it has the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 AE (Accelerated Edition) SoC and will run on Xiaomi HyperOS based on Android 14. Additionally, you will have up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage, with an option to expand it by 1TB using a microSD card.
Design-wise, you get a crystal glass design on the back, making it the segment’s first 5G smartphone to offer dual glass. The rear features a dual-camera setup with a 108MP Pro-grade camera with Auto Night mode and a secondary 2MP macro lens with a dynamic ring flash. The front carries a 13MP selfie shooter.
It packs a decent 5030 mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.
Pricing and availability
It is launched in three colour options: Hawaiian Blue, Orchid Pink, and Black Diamond. You will get two memory options here: 6GB+128GB, priced at Rs 13,999, and 8GB+128GB, priced at Rs 15,499. And, you can also get a bank discount of Rs 1,000 as part of the launch offer.
The open sales will start on 12th July and will be available via Amazon.in, Redmi India, and other retail outlets.
