Suddenly, there is a flood of smartphones featuring the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2. Vivo has just launched the Y58 5G with the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2, and now Redmi is set to bring the Redmi 13 5G to the Indian market. The smartphone’s microsite is up on Amazon India, revealing some of the key specs. Before diving into the specifications, it is worth mentioning that Redmi is using Indian actress Nora Fatehi to promote this phone, branding it as the “5G Star.”
Redmi 13 5G specs revealed
As previously reported by us, the Redmi 13 5G will indeed feature the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC, which has been confirmed by the Amazon microsite. The design shown on the site looks similar to the already available Redmi 13 4G. The Amazon listing displays two colour options: Blue and Pink.
This smartphone will be the only 5G device in its segment to offer dual-sided glass with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and will feature the segment’s largest display on a 5G smartphone. Like its 4G sibling, the main rear camera will be equipped with a 108MP sensor. Additionally, it will pack a 5030 mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.
We can expect the rest of the specifications to be similar to those of the Redmi 13 4G.
