Xiaomi is nowadays gearing up to launch a new affordable handset in the market named Redmi 13 that recently appeared on the FCC. Ahead of its launch, the smartphone’s key information has been leaked by the Android Headlines. Let’s get to know about it in detail.
As per the exclusive report by the Android Headline, the Redmi 13 can be very similar to the Redmi 12 smartphone. The Redmi 13 is revealed to come with the MediaTek Helio G88 processor. The report says that this information has been taken from the Xiaomi HyperOS that’s a reliable source. The Redmi 13 has appeared with the codename “moon” and internal code numbers “N19A/C/E/L”.
Its model numbers, “2404ARN45I, 24040RN64Y, and 24049RN28L” when examined confirm that it will be sold in India, Latin America, and other global markets. The first four numbers of the model number “2404” can be understood as hints towards the launch that can be this month of the year. Here the 24040RN64Y model number means the Redmi 13 model with NFC, while the 2404ARN45A model number represents the version without NFC.
The report mentions that the source code of Xiaomi HyperOS has confirmed that the POCO M6 will be similar to the Redmi 13 smartphone. And even the codename of the POCO M6 has been found “moon” which shows its similarity with the Redmi 13. The POCO M6 was spotted with the model numbers “2404APC5FG” and “2404APC5FI“ which means it can be launched in the global market and India. We will have to say that some of the key information has made its way out though some crucial information is still making its way out.
