Redmi 13 NFC Spotted On SDPPI And TUV Certification Websites; Will Be Arriving With IPX3 rating

Redmi 13 5G and Redmi 13 4G smartphones have been making their appearance online since the beginning of this month and the devices are expected to make their debut soon in the market though the official confirmation is yet to come. Previously we spotted the Redmi 13 4G without the NFC variant (24049RN28L) and the Redmi 13 4G NFC variant (24040RN64Y) on the GCF database.

And today The Tech Outlook has once again spotted the Redmi 13 4G NFC variant (24040RN64Y) on SDPPI and TUV certification websites.

The SDPPI listing does not reveal much regarding the smartphone except its model number and moniker. But the TUV database reveals that the smartphone will be arriving with an IPX3 rating which means the device will be protected against water droplets falling at an angle up to 60 degrees.

Previous reports revealed that the upcoming device might be powered by a MediaTek Helio G88 processor. It may pack up a 5000 mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging. While the smartphone could run on HyperOS based on Android 14. Just like Redmi 12, Redmi 13 may also launch as a budget-friendly smartphone.
