Redmi K70 series receives the Visual Health Friendly S++ certification; stroboscopic OTA pushed out for K70/K70 Pro models

The smartphone brand Redmi finally unveiled its much-awaited and highly anticipated Redmi K70 series in China on November 29th and this series received an immensely great response from the users as the sales volume of the Redmi K70 series exceeded 6,00,000 units in just 5 minutes of the first sale.

The series includes three models- Redmi K70, Redmi K70 Pro and Redmi K70e. All these newly launched smartphones arrive with hi-tech features and specifications while today the brand has revealed that the entire series has achieved one more milestone that increases the eye protection standards. The entire Redmi K70 series has passed the China Quality Certification Center “Vision Health Friendly S++” certification.

Other than this eye protection standards have further been improved by the brand in the Redmi K70 series, as the latest OTA has been pushed out for Redmi K70/K70 Pro models with firmware version 1.0.8.0.UNKCNXM.

Redmi K70/K70 Pro are equipped with the second generation 2K high-end Chinese screen that enhances the visual experience of users and now this latest upgrade makes the SVM (stroboscopic effect visibility) lower than 0.1 which is said to be the lowest in the industry for now.

This new certification received by the series and this latest update which is being pushed out for the series will not only enhance the users’ visual experience but also evolve the eye protection standards making the Redmi K70 series better in terms of basic quality and eye protection.
