Here is a look at what the latest leak says about the next Redmi flagship.

Redmi K70 Ultra launch timeframe (rumoured)

Tipster Smart Pikachu claims that the Redmi K70 Ultra will make its official debut in the third quarter of this year. To recall, the Redmi K60 Ultra was announced in August 2023. Hence, it is likely that the K70 Ultra may break cover in July or August this year in China.

The leaker added that the Dimensity 9300 Plus-powered Redmi K70 Ultra will have a dedicated chip, which will probably assist in offering an enhanced gaming experience. In addition, the device will offer flagship-level functionalities such as infrared, NFC, GPS, and waterproofing (probably IP68 like the K60 Ultra).

As per other reports, the 8T OLED panel of the K70 Ultra will support a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The highest variant of the device may offer 16 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage. It will pack a 5,500mAh battery and run on HyperOS-based Android 14.

A tweaked version of the phone featuring better cameras is expected to debut as the Xiaomi 14T Pro in the global market.
