Redmi Note 12 Turbo receives MIIT certification
The Redmi Note 12 Turbo has received approval from the MIIT certification platform in China. To recall, the device was recently approved by the country’s 3C authority. These certifications indicate that the device may go official in the first quarter of this year.
The screengrab of the Redmi Note 12 Turbo’s MIIT listing does not reveal anything about its specifications apart from confirming that it is a 5G device. The previously seen 3C listing of the device revealed that it may offer 67W fast charging.
There is some confusion regarding the final moniker of the phone. While it is being tentatively called the Redmi Note 12 Turbo, some reports have called it the Redmi Note 12T. One of the recent leaks claimed that the device would debut by the end of March in China.
The device is also expected to be released in other markets. In India, it could be rebranded as the Redmi K60i, whereas other markets may receive it as the POCO X5 GT.
