September 26th is the day scheduled for the launch of the much anticipated Redmi Note 14 series. The series will include three smartphones- Redmi Note 14, Redmi Note 14 Pro, and Redmi Note 14 Pro+. Lately, the brand has been teasing the specs and features of this upcoming series while yesterday the full spec sheet of alleged Redmi Note 14 Pro also leaked online.
Today Redmi has disclosed some key details of the Redmi Note 14 Pro+ smartphone. Firstly, the device will be backed by a 6200 mAh battery and is said to support 90W charging. This silicon carbon battery will arrive with 814Wh/L energy density, ultra-low temperature endurance, and four-year ultra-long life. Users will also get a free five-year battery warranty in the first sale.
Redmi Note 14 Pro+ is also confirmed to be powered by a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 low-power AI experience chip.
This chipset is built on a TSMC 4nm process while AI performance is improved by 30% compared with Snapdragon 7s Gen 2. It is revealed to offer 1200fps ultra-high frame mode, 40.2 degrees Celsius temperature on the front, and 400 nits without brightness reduction.
Previous reports confirmed that the Redmi Note 14 Pro series is upgraded with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. Redmi Note 14 Pro series is also revealed to arrive with up to IP69 rating for dust and water resistance. Redmi Note 14 Pro+ will arrive in a Mirror Porcelain White color option.
