Redmi Note 14 Series launched in China with the Pro Plus variant being the first to feature Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 SOC
Redmi has introduced its Note 14 series in China, consisting of three models: the Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G, Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G, and Redmi Note 14 5G. The series includes updates to displays, processors, and cameras compared to the previous Note 13 series. The Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G is the first smartphone to use the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor. All models in the series run on Redmi’s new HyperOS, based on Android 14.
Redmi Note 14 Series Specs
The flagship Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G boasts a 6.67-inch curved-edge OLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It’s powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor and offers up to 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The device features a 6,200mAh battery with 90W fast charging. Its camera setup includes a 50MP main sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP telephoto camera with 2.5x zoom and OIS. The phone is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on the front and Gorilla Glass 7i on the back, with an IP66/68/69 rating for dust and water resistance.
The Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G shares many features with its Plus sibling, including the display specifications and IP rating. However, it runs on the Dimensity 7300 Ultra processor and comes with up to 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 512GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The battery capacity is 5,500mAh with 45W fast charging support. In the camera section, it comes with a 50MP main sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro camera.
For budget-conscious consumers, the Redmi Note 14 5G offers a 6.67-inch flat OLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It’s equipped with the Dimensity 7025 Ultra processor, up to 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM, and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. It has a 5,110mAh battery with 45W fast charging. Its camera setup is simpler, with a 50MP main sensor (OIS) and a 2MP macro lens. This model has an IP64 rating and Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
