On one side where it a good news on the other side, it also hints that the issue is on the rise and the company dont want it to keep going. As per the screengrab shared by the Tarun Vats named X user, the eligible smartphone users will also be able to claim a one-time free replacement of the OCTA assembly, battery, and a Rework Kit. Users can book an appointment and avail of the offer at the Samsung service center till April 30.

The policy is only applicable for phones within 3 years from the date of purchase. The list does not include Galaxy S21 FE smartphones though there are reports that it is also affected by the issue. Users are facing the green line issue after the April security patch. It cannot be blamed completely for the issue but at the same time, the number of users reporting about it after the patch cannot be just a coincidence.
