Samsung Galaxy A06 5G with MediaTek Dimensity 6300, four-year OS support launched starting at Rs 10,499
There has been an influx of Dimensity 6300 SOC smartphones in the Indian market, and Samsung has now added another contender – the Galaxy A06 5G. Samsung recently launched the Galaxy F06 5G through Flipkart, which also features the Dimensity 6300 SOC. Both smartphones share many similarities in specifications, including Samsung’s promise of 4 OS upgrades.
While customers can purchase the F06 5G on Flipkart, Samsung will sell the Galaxy A06 5G exclusively through offline channels at launch as of writing this article. It’s puzzling to see these budget 5G smartphones launching with OneUI 7, while several older Samsung flagships still await their stable OneUI 7 update.
The Galaxy A06 5G does bring some notable features, including Voice Focus, an India-first innovation that enhances call clarity in noisy environments. Like the Galaxy F06 5G, it supports 12 5G bands, ensuring compatibility with all networks in India.

The company also offers EMI options starting from Rs 875 per month through Samsung Finance+, NBFC, and banks. The smartphone is available across all retail outlets in India, Samsung exclusive stores, and other offline channels.
