Last month, the smartphone brand Samsung unveiled a new 8GB RAM variant for the Galaxy F15 5G smartphone. The company has today officially unveiled Galaxy F15 5G Airtel Edition in India which means that the device will be locked with Airtel 5G for at least 18 months.

The device comes with three storage options- 4GB/128GB priced at Rs.12,999, 6GB/128GB at Rs.14,499, and 8GB/128GB at Rs.15,999. It will be available for purchase via Flipkart.
Now if we talk about the Airtel offer, there is a Rs.750 discount coupon after availing which users can get 50GB of free data for their device. Users need to start the device with an Airtel prepaid SIM and recharge for a minimum of Rs.199 plan. The smartphone will be locked to Airtel 5G for 18 months from the date of activation, though the buyers can opt out of this lock-in period by paying an applicable fee. Users will also be offered Rs.1000 instant discount on ICICI and HDFC credit cards further reducing the price of the smartphone.

The smartphone features a 6.5-inch sAMOLED display with FHD+ screen resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC paired with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. It runs on OneUI 6 based on Android 14 OS. A 6000mAh battery with 25W fast charging backs the device.
Galaxy F15 5G packs up a 50MP main camera and a 5MP secondary camera on the rear panel while on the front it features a 13MP selfie camera. Other features include- 4 years of AndroidOS updates + 5 years of security patches, WiFi, Bluetooth, and pre-installed Knox Guard.
