The Samsung Galaxy M14 5G has debuted in Ukraine and is expected to arrive in other parts of Europe in the coming weeks. In December 2022, the model number SM-146B/DS of the device was found in the database of the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). It now appears that the M14 5G will soon release in India, as its support page has gone live on the Samsung India website.

The Galaxy M14 5G is quite similar to the Galaxy A14 5G in terms of design and specifications. However, both phones only differ in the battery and charging departments. The A14 5G houses a 5,000mAh battery with 15W charging, whereas the M14 5G packs a bigger 6,000mAh battery that offers 25W charging.
The Galaxy M14 5G has a 6.6-inch PLS LCD panel with a teardrop notch. It has an FHD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Exynos 1330 chipset, 4 GB of RAM, and 128 GB of storage. The device runs on Android 13 OS with One UI 5 on top.
The back panel of the M14 features a 50-megapixel main camera and a pair of 2-megapixel cameras for depth and macro shots. For selfies, it has a 13-megapixel front camera. For security, it has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
