Samsung India Offers One-Time Free Screen Replacement For Selected Galaxy Models Experiencing Green Line Issue
The green line issue faced by Galaxy users is not something new, as frequent complaints regarding this issue have been made in the past few years. Back in April, Samsung was offering one-time screen-free replacement to Galaxy S20 series, Galaxy Note 20/ Ultra, Galaxy S21 series (excluding FE model), and Galaxy S22 Ultra Indian users regarding this green line issue.
And now few more models have been made applicable for this One-Time Free Screen Replacement offer. As shared by tipster @tarunvats33, Samsung India is offering a One-Time Free Screen Replacement for selected models within 3 years of purchase experiencing the Green Line issue until 30th September,2024.
As mentioned in the above screenshot, the applicable models are- Galaxy S21 (SM-G991B), Galaxy S21+ (SM-G996B), Galaxy S21 Ultra (SM-G998B), Galaxy S21 FE 5G (SM-G990B/E) and Galaxy S22 Ultra (SM-S908E). It is revealed that this policy is applicable one time only within 3 years of device purchase for FOC parts to the original purchaser only with the original invoice. However, the customer will have to pay labor charges.
