Tecno has finally launched the much awaited smartphones in India named Tecno Camon 30 5G and Camon 30 Premier 5G. These smartphones are portrayed as perfect camera smartphone that comes with a 50MP autofocus sensor on the front and 50MP cameras on the rear. And surprisingly it also comes with free gifts thus making the deal more exciting than ever before. Let’s get to know about these handsets in detail.
Tecno Camon 30 5G
The Tecno Camon 30 5G smartphone features a 6.78″ LTPS AMOLED 10-bit display with a peak brightness of 1300 nits and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7020 chipset paired with 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. In the camera department, the smartphone has got dual camera setup featuring a 50MP primary camera with OIS support and a 2MP depth sensor. The front side of the smartphone sports a 50MP autofocus sensor with an aperture of f/2.45.
It is backed by a 5,000mAh battery that supports up to 70W charging. It runs HiOS 14.0 based on Android 14 out of the box. It is promised to receive 3 years of OS upgrades and 3 years of security updates. Additionally, the smartphone also comes with Dolby Atmos-tuned dual speakers, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and support for NFC and IR blaster.
Tecno Camon 30 Premier 5G
Tecno Camon 30 Premier 5G smartphone features a 6.77 inch wide 1.5K LTPO AMOLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate and resolution of 1264×2780 resolution. It comes with 2160Hz PWM dimming, 360Hz touch sampling rate, and 1400 nits of peak brightness, and the display remains protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chipset paired with 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
In the camera department, the smartphone gets a triple camera setup featuring a 50MP Sony IMX890 primary sensor with OIS, a 50MP telephoto with 3x in-sensor zoom, and a 50MP ultra-wide angle lens. The front side of the smartphone sports a 50MP Autofocus selfie camera. It is also equipped with the Sony Imaging chip. The smartphone is backed by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 70W charging.
Price and availability
The Tecno Camon 30 5G smartphone 8GB/256GB variant is priced at Rs 27,999 while its 12GB/512GB variant is priced at Rs 32,999. During the sale, it will be available for 22,998 and Rs 26,998 for the 8GB/256GB variant and 12GB/512GB model respectively. Buyers can also avail Rs 3,000 instant discount from ICICI Credit Card on these phones and win an AMOLED smartwatch worth Rs 4,999 thus bringing the effective price down to Rs 14,999 and 18,999. Phones can also be bought on the EMI option.
The Tecno Camon 30 Premier 5G smartphone is priced at 47,999 but will be available at Rs 39,998 and with a 3,000 bank discount on ICICI Credit Card, and a free AMOLED Smartwatch worth Rs 4,999 the effective cost becomes Rs 31,999. EMI option starting from Rs 88/day is also available on it. The sale of both of the smartphones will begin on 23rd May and will be available on Amazon for buyers.
