Tecno Pop 9 5G Smartphone New 16GB*/128GB Storage Model Launching Soon in India: Official Sale From 8th January 2025
The Chinese smartphone maker, Tecno, has already introduced two smartphone models – Pop 9 4G and Pop 9 5G under the brand’s Pop 9 series for its Indian consumers and soon, a new 16GB*/128GB storage model for the Pop 9 5G device is also being made available in the Indian market. Its official sale is also set to begin next week itself.

Tecno Pop 9 5G – 16GB*/128GB Storage Model Launching Soon in India
The Tecno Pop 9 5G smartphone was unveiled for Indian consumers last year back in the month of September 2024, and initially it was only available in 4GB/64GB and 4GB/128GB storage options at price points of INR 9,499 and INR 9,999 respectively.
As per what has been revealed, there will be a 16GB*(8GB inbuilt RAM + 8GB virtual RAM)/128GB storage model too for the smartphone soon, which will be launched in India with a price tag of INR 10,999 (including bank offer). The sale for this device will be starting on the 8th of January 2025, at 12PM local time.
Moreover, the landing page is currently live on Amazon with key specs and features teased, and it will be made available through the mentioned shopping platform as an Amazon Specials product.
Few of the key specs that have been teased are the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G chipset, ten 5G band support, 120Hz punch-hole display, 48MP Sony IMX582 AI camera, 5000 mAh battery, dual speakers, infrared sensor, all-directional NFC, IP54-rated body, 4+ year lag free performance assurance, three color choices (Midnight Shadow, Azure Sky, & Aurora Cloud), and two free skins.
