Tecno is introducing a new addition to their Pova phone series. They recently announced the new Tecno Pova 5 in the global market.
We earlier covered the Tecno Pova 5 being spotted on the FCC and Bluetooth SIG certification websites. Not only this we may see a Pro version of this series, as Tecno Pova 5 Pro has also been spotted on the Bluetooth SIG certification website.
Now let’s have a walkthrough of some of the major features and specifications of the Tecno Pova 5.
The Tecno Pova 5 features a 6.78-inch IPS LCD with 1080x24460px resolution. It has a refresh rate of 120Hz and a 240Hz touch sampling rate.
The device processes on a mid-range Helio G99 SoC. The phone comes with 8GB of RAM.
Additionally, a massive 6,000mAh battery provides power to the device, which supports 45W charging. It supports fast charging through the in-box charger, which charges the battery up to 50% in 21 minutes. It takes one hour to charge fully. Another exciting feature is its capability of 10W reverse charging.
In terms of the camera features, the Pova 5 has a 50MP camera on the back with a depth sensor. On the front, there’s an 8MP selfie shooter.
Tecno mentioned that the Pova 5 will be available in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America (Via GSMArena).
The device will come in color options of Hurricane Blue, Amber Gold, and Mecha Black. However, the pricing and date of availability haven’t been announced yet.
