Tecno’s self developed Dynamic Port that presents important updates at glance will first reach to Camon 20 series

Techno has announced a new self-developed Dynamic Port floating UI design that will first reach the recently launched Camon 20 series in September. This will enable users to have access to all important updates at a glance. It will help them to keep track of unlocking, multitasking, or charging status.

This Dynamic Port envelopes the camera cutout of the display that turns into a display bar presenting significant information at a glance. Users won’t have to open multiple apps to check the status or update, a glance would be enough to know a lot about the phone. This would allow users to use it with the least distraction and maximum efficiency.

As per its press release, it will soon be updated to support a range of apps. Initially, it will support only three key usage functions – Call status, charging status, and facial recognition status.

Video shared on Twitter

Tecno has shared a video along with a post on Twitter that shows the port turning into a bar. The display bar at the top of the display presents the information with animation of icons on the left side and information on the right side of the camera. As soon as the information is presented it retreats and again sits around the front camera as if it was never there.
