The Redmi Note 12 Turbo Smartphone Will Launch in China on the 28th of March, 2023: Here’s More About it

Xiaomi’s latest upcoming smartphone, the Redmi Note 12 Turbo has been officially confirmed to launch on the coming 28th of March 2023 in China.

The Upcoming Redmi Note 12 Turbo Smartphone

The Redmi Note 12 Turbo, Xiaomi’s upcoming smartphone is all set to launch as the world’s first smartphone equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 chipset and will have its launch in the Chinese market on the 28th of March, 2023 on the Universal Beijing Resort at 7 PM local time.

The brand has released a promo poster of the upcoming smartphone confirming the launch date along with some of the features of the smartphone.

From what is evident from the promo image, the Redmi Note 12 Turbo will have a 64MP triple camera setup on its rear with a dual-tone LED flash. Speaking of the design, the upcoming smartphone will have a flat-edged body with a flat rear panel design as well.

One of the most notable features of the Redmi Note 12 Turbo smartphone is its dual speakers and dual microphones which are placed on the top and bottom side panels. On the top side panel, we can also find the IR blaster and the 3.5mm headphone jack as well. The USB type-C charging port and the SIM card tray are all given at the bottom side panel.

The volume rocker and the power button are given on the right-side panel and from the image, it seems that the Redmi Note 12 Turbo will have a side-mounted fingerprint sensor as well.

Reports are also revealing that the Redmi Note 12 Turbo smartphone will be rebranded as the POCO F5 5G, which is scheduled to launch on the 6th of April in India.

As mentioned, the Redmi Note 12 Turbo is confirmed to launch equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 chipset and will likely operate on the Android 13-based MIUI 14 custom user interface.

The device might also feature a full HD+ OLED display with a screen size of 6.67 inches and will likely have a refresh rate of 120Hz.

The smartphone as mentioned is also confirmed to have a 64MP triple camera setup. The 64MP main camera will likely be accompanied by an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro camera.

The upcoming device is also expected to come with a battery backup of 5000 mAh which will probably support a fast charge feature of upto 67W.
