The Upcoming Vivo Y35m+ Smartphone Spotted on the MIIT Certification Platform of China: Launch Soon
Vivo’s upcoming Y series smartphone, the Vivo Y35m+ has now been spotted on the MIIT certification website. The launch of the smartphone is expected to take place soon.

Vivo Y35m+ Smartphone Receives the MIIT Certification
The Vivo Y35m+ smartphone has now been certified with the Chinese MIIT certification and the upcoming device has appeared on the certification platform with the model number, V2279A. The device has received the certification with the permit number, 00-B220-238261 and the certification will be valid till the 18th of April, 2025.
The certification also mentions that the upcoming Vivo Y35m+ smartphone is a 5G device and will support 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G network connectivity. It will also be running on the Android operating system and will have dual standby.
The upcoming smartphone has already made its appearance on the TENAA and 3C certifications and has also been listed on the Google Play Console Listing. Very recently, the smartphone had also gotten itself listed on the Chinese Telecom website, revealing its full specifications.
Vivo’s Y35m+ smartphone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset and will run on the Android 13-based OriginOS custom UI. It will also have a RAM of 8GB and will be offering two internal storage options of 128GB and 256 GB.
For its display, the upcoming smartphone will feature an OLED display panel with a screen size of 6.64 inches and will be having a waterdrop notch at its top.
At its rear, the smartphone has two camera rings which house its primary and secondary cameras. It will be offering a main camera of 50MP and for selfies, has an 8MP front-facing camera.
The upcoming device will also pack a 5000 mAh battery which will support a fast charge feature of upto 18W via the USB type-C charging port.
The Vivo Y35m+ will be available in two color options – Star Ring Black and Ripple Green colors and will be launched at a starting price of CNY 1,599. For the 8GB/256GB variant, it will have a price of CNY 1,799.
The Chinese Telecom website also states that the device will be available for purchase starting from the 25th of May 2023, pointing out that the smartphone is to have its launch very soon.
