Two Upcoming Redmi Smartphones Receives China’s MIIT Certification
Xiaomi might be planning to launch two new Redmi smartphones and the devices have been certified with China’s MIIT certification.

Redmi Smartphones Receive MIIT Certification
Xiaomi has already by now launched several Redmi Note 12 series smartphones and in its Redmi 12 series, only the Redmi 12C has been launched. Very recently, the Redmi 12 smartphone was also listed and made available on the brand’s Portuguese official website and these two new upcoming smartphones from Xiaomi are expected to be the Redmi 12 5G series smartphones.
On the MIIT certification website, the smartphones have appeared with the model numbers, 23076RA4BC and 23077RABDC, and the two smartphones are confirmed to be 5G devices with support for 5G cross-network roaming. The 5G cross-network roaming feature will enable the devices to connect to the 5G networks of other operators as well while roaming, without having to switch or change the SIM cards.
The two smartphones have also now received the 3C certification from China and its certification reveals that the devices will be shipped with a charger with the model number MDY-11-EM, further revealing that the two devices will support upto 22.5W fast charging speeds.
From the two certifications, it has also been understood that the two upcoming Redmi smartphones are likely to be mid-range devices and will only be offering mid-range specifications to their users. Regarding its other specifications, nothing much has been revealed yet and we’ll have to wait until new updates arrive. The two devices are also expected to be listed on the TENAA certification website soon and this is sure to reveal more about the two upcoming smartphones.
As far as its launch date is concerned, the devices are expected to make their debut in the month of July 2023.
