Upcoming Google Pixel 8 Specifications Tipped Ahead of its Expected Launch Date

Google might launch its Pixel 8 series smartphones two months later, early in the month of October 2023, and ahead of this expected launch time frame, the specifications of one of the upcoming devices have been tipped by a tipster(@Shishir) on the Twitter platform.

The upcoming Pixel smartphone, the Google Pixel 8, has been tipped to be powered by the brand’s own Tensor G3 chipset and is likely to feature a smaller and brighter display panel. The display might also support a variable refresh rate of 10~120Hz, as mentioned by the tipster.

At its rear, the device is also expected to sport a 50MP ISOCELL GN2 main camera and, regarding its battery specs, it has been tipped to pack a bigger battery with faster charging speeds.

All the specs are comparably better when looking at its predecessor, the Pixel 7 smartphone but, the tipster has also suggested of a possible price hike the upcoming Pixel 8 device might be having.

Google’s Pixel 8 series is expected to include two smartphones, the Pixel 8 and the Pixel 8 Pro, and a lot about the two devices has been revealed over the past few months.

The live shots and the live video of the Pixel 8 Pro smartphone have been revealed and before it was revealed, the design renders of the Pixel 8 smartphone were also shared online. The stock wallpapers of the two devices along with their different color variants have been revealed as well.

Only the Pixel 8 smartphone has been known to have appeared on an official database. The device has received the WPC certification and the certification platform has confirmed that the smartphone will support a wireless fast charge feature of 12W.
