Upcoming iQOO 12 Series Smartphones Alleged Render Images Leaked on Weibo
Vivo’s subsidiary and one of the leading Chinese smartphone makers, iQOO, is expected to soon launch its flagship iQOO 12 and iQOO 12 Pro smartphones in China, and ahead of it, the alleged render images of the two smartphones have been revealed.
Here’s more about it.
iQOO 12 Series Smartphones – Alleged Renders
The renders images that have been revealed feature two smartphones in Black and White colors, and these may be the upcoming iQOO 12 and iQOO 12 Pro devices. Just to add, the leaked render image of the iQOO 12 smartphone aligns with the previously leaked image of the device.
The alleged render image of the iQOO 12 smartphone reveals a flat display panel, whereas the iQOO 12 Pro device is revealed to have a curved screen, as suggested before. Both smartphones also have a centrally aligned punch-hole selfie cam. The iQOO 12 smartphone is expected to feature a flat 1.5K E7 AMOLED display, whereas the 12 Pro device might feature a better 2K curved E7 AMOLED display.
Coming to the rear, the rear panels of the two smartphones are flat and slightly curved towards their sides. A large square-shaped camera module with rounded corners is also placed towards the top-left corner of the rear panel. A dual-tone LED flashlight is there outside the camera module, at the right, and the iQOO branding can be spotted at the bottom.
Speaking about the camera modules, both smartphones appear to have similar cameras(three in total), and unlike what was said before, the two devices sport periscope telephoto lenses(pointed out from the rectangular-shaped camera lens on the two smartphones). One more thing, the two camera modules are VCS+ branded.
Previous updates had also mentioned both smartphones to have a 50MP OV50H main camera, a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide camera, and a 64MP OV64B (telephoto) camera. The vanilla model was said to come with a normal telephoto camera, however, a periscope telephoto camera was expected on the Pro model.
Both smartphones have also been certified by the UFCS certification authority, and their battery capacities have been confirmed. The vanilla iQOO 12 will pack a 5000 mAh rated battery, supporting a 120W fast charge feature. The iQOO 12 Pro device, on the other hand, will be backed by a slightly larger 5100 mAh battery.
Via.
The upcoming iQOO 12 series devices will likely be powered by the Dimensity 9300 chipset from MediaTek, and the two upcoming smartphones have been tipped to debut in the Chinese market next month, on the 7th of November 2023.
