Upcoming iQOO Z8 5G Smartphone Appears on the AnTuTu Benchmark Platform: Key Specs Revealed
The iQOO Z8 5G smartphone has now made its appearance on the AnTuTu benchmark platform. Its listing on the database has revealed some of the key specifications of the upcoming smartphone.

iQOO Z8 5G – AnTuTu Benchmark Listing
Vivo iQOO’s upcoming Z8 5G smartphone has been listed on the AnTuTu benchmark platform with the model number – V2314A and has received a total score of 9,72,222 points on the benchmark. The device has also received a CPU score of 2,86,473 points, GPU score of 2,40,807 points, MEM score of 2,21,449 points, and a UX score of 2,23,493 points.
From its listing, it has also been revealed that the device will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chipset, as suggested before, and will run on the Android 13 based operating system (likely with OriginOS 3.0 custom UI). It will also have an LPDDR5 RAM and a UFS 3.1 internal storage. The listing also confirms a 12GB/512GB storage variant.
Regarding the chipset architecture, it has a core configuration of 1+3+4 cores, and its primary Cortex-A78 core is clocked at 3.1 GHz. The three Cortex-A78 performance cores have a clock speed of 3.0 GHz, whereas the four Cortex-A55 efficiency cores are clocked at 2.0 GHz. To add, the device will also be integrated with the Mali-G610 MC6 GPU as well.
A few days back, we also spotted the device on the Google Play supported devices list, ahead of which, it was also spotted on the 3C certification platform of China. The upcoming smartphone has also made it to the Geekbench database and some of the above mentioned specs were already revealed.
Other specifications of the smartphone includes a 6.64″ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 5000 mAh battery supporting a 120W fast charge feature, a 64MP(OIS) + 2MP(depth) dual rear camera setup, a 16MP front-facing camera and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
