POCO is all set to unveil its latest POCO F6 series globally on 23rd May and in the same launch event the company will also be introducing its first tablet- POCO Pad. POCO F6 5G will also be making its debut in India on the same day. Lately, the brand has been teasing the specs of these upcoming devices increasing the excitement of the POCO fans.
Well, today the company has officially revealed the key specs of the upcoming POCO F6 Pro 5G but that is not it. POCO has compared the specs of POCO F6 Pro 5G with the Galaxy S24+ smartphone and has claimed that the upcoming smartphone has no competition in the same price range.

POCO F6 Pro vs Samsung Galaxy S24+
The POCO F6 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, while the Galaxy S24+ arrives with the Exynos 2400. The Galaxy S24+ supports 45W wired charging and 15W wireless charging, whereas the POCO F6 Pro will feature 120W HyperCharge support, significantly more than the Galaxy smartphone. The Galaxy S24+ sports a QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 2600 nits peak brightness. On the other hand, the POCO F6 Pro will have a WQHD+ Flow AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 4000 nits peak brightness.
The Galaxy S24+ is backed by a 4900 mAh (typ) battery, while the POCO F6 Pro will come with a 5000 mAh (typ) battery. The POCO F6 Pro features a premium metal frame, whereas the Galaxy S24+ uses an Armor aluminum frame. Both devices are equipped with a 50MP triple camera system with OIS support.
The Galaxy S24+ comes in two storage options: 12GB/256GB priced at $999.99 and 12GB/512GB priced at $1119.99. The POCO F6 Pro will offer three storage options: 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB. While the pricing for the POCO F6 Pro variants has not been revealed, the company has indicated that there will be an early bird starting price available for users after its launch.
From the comparison, it is evident that the company claims its upcoming POCO F6 Pro is superior to the Galaxy S24+ in terms of processor, fast charging, battery, and display. Whether this comparison holds true will be determined after the official launch of the device.
