Vivo S17 Pro spotted on Google Play Console listing ahead of its launch

There has already been a lot of buzz around the Vivo S17 series since our exclusive report about the series with the model number. We mentioned in our exclusive report this series will bring Vivo S17, Vivo S17 Pro, and Vivo S17e, and the same happened.

While other models were busy making appearances on various certification websites Vivo S17e was silently launched in China. Recently the Pro model along with S17 appeared on the MIIT certification website revealing that it will support NR NSA/NR SA/TD-LTE/LTE FDD/WCDMA/GSM network connectivity and will be 5G enabled devices.

Now we have spotted the Vivo S17 Pro model on Google Play Console with the same model number V2284A. However, the listing did not reveal any details regarding its specifications.

As far as its launch is concerned this company has confirmed that the Vivo S17 series will be launched in China on May 31st.

Expected features of Vivo S17 Pro

Following the trail of its appearance on various websites and the official announcement we have found that the Pro model of this series is expected to bring these features:-

Vivo S17 Pro is expected to sport a 50 MP Sony IMX766V primary camera with OIS support, an 8MP Ultra-wide camera, and a 12MP Sony IMX663 portrait camera with center focus. Its appearance on the 3C certification website revealed that S17 and S17 Pro models can support a fast charge feature of upto 80W.

It’s reported to come with a 6.78-inch AMOLED,1.5K OLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. Its appearance on the MIIT certification website revealed that this series will bring 5 G-enabled smartphones with Android OS. Though the model of Android OS is not mentioned on the website but following the market trend to bring the latest OS it will be Android 13 OS.

Reports around this series suggest that this series can soon arrive in India but with different nomenclature.
